Reacting to the targeted killings of non-Kashmiri people by Pakistan-backed terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir, former Jammu and Kashmir CM Farooq Abdullah has said that the killings are aimed at defaming the Kashmiri people. However, he did not clarify who was behind the conspiracy to defame Kashmiris. It may be recalled that on October 16, two non-Kashmiri men, a pani-puri vendor from Bihar and a laborer from UP, were gunned down by terrorists.
