Video based in Mumbai. shared on instagram reels by blogger Nidhi Parmar. The clip has garnered over 4.3 million views and 105k likes since it was shared. Pizza pani puri was first made by adding crispy puri to a foil dish. It was then stuffed with a filling of onions and capsicum, followed by a tandoori mayonnaise and a thousand island dip. Grated cheese, chili flakes and oregano complete the dish. A blow torch was used to melt the cheese and give it a slightly smoky flavor.
