In a social media post, Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran said that Tata New combines the traditional consumer-first approach of the group with the modern ethos of technology.
He wrote on LinkedIn, “Today is a new day! Tata Digital, the youngest member of the Tata family, brings you the Tata New today.”
He further added, “Tata New is an exciting platform that aggregates all our brands into one powerful app. Combining our traditional consumer-first approach with the modern ethos of technology, it is the perfect way to discover the wonderful world of Tata. There’s a new way.”

– It is a one-stop-shop for seamless shopping and payment experience. Users can find everything from groceries to gadgets to gateways on Tata New. People can instantly pay for any online and in-store purchases, utility bills and more using Tata Pay.
– The Tata New App rewards users whenever they shop, book flights and hotels, and more. For spending, Tata New App offers rewards in the form of New Coins which can be redeemed for other services.
