Tata Motors once again announced price hike in your passenger vehicles. Recently the company has increased the prices of Tata Nexon, harrier, altroz, tigoro, Safari, hexa And punch At the rate of 0.55% with effect from July 9, 2022, depending on the variant and model.
The firm claims that it took “comprehensive measures to absorb a significant portion of the increased input cost. However, to offset the residual effect of the accumulated increase in input cost, it is passing on the minimum price increase.”
Recently, Tata Motors reported that it has witnessed 48% year-on-year growth internationally during the first quarter of 2022-23. Its a luxury brand, Jaguar Land Rover 3.16 lakh units were registered at the end of June 2022. Last month, Tata Motors sold 45,000 passenger vehicles across the country, including 3,507 electric vehicles.
Tata Nexon, Harrier, Altroz, Tigor, Safari, Hexa and Punch will now cost more. However, the carmaker has not released individual prices for each car. The prices of the manufacturer’s Tigor E and the recently launched Nexon EV Max are likely to increase soon.
Tata Motors increased the prices of its passenger vehicles by an average of 1.10% at the end of April 2022. Recently, the brand increased the prices of commercial vehicles by 1.5-2.5%. The company has taken this decision in view of the ever-increasing cost.
