Tata Motors announced that the Safari SUV will now come with new features. The company has introduced ventilated seats in the first and second rows of the Safari SUV. Now, this feature is definitely not available across the entire range but only in the XZ+ and XZA+ in both the 6 and 7 seater variants. Ventilated seats in the second row are available only with the 6-seater option. 2021 Tata Safari Offered in eight variants of the XE, XM, XT, XT+, XTA+, XZ, XZ+ and XZ+ Adventure Persona, as well as four automatic trims – XMA, XZA, XZA+ and XZA+ Adventure Persona. Recently, the company also launched the Gold and Dark editions of Safari and we told you about it.

Ventilated seats on Tata Safari now come on standard versions for better comfort
Now the XZ+ variant of Safari is priced at Rs 20.64 lakh while the XZA+ is priced at Rs 21.94 lakh (both prices ex-showroom Delhi). However, the company is yet to announce any price revision. We have asked Tata Motors if there has been any change in the price as the new feature has been added. We haven’t received any update from the company yet.

There are no other changes to the car and the Safari also comes with a diesel engine only. Under the hood, the all-new Tata Safari gets the same Kryotec 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine that powers the Harrier. It has been tuned to churn out the same 168 bhp and 350 Nm power figures. The motor comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox with an optional Hyundai sourced 6-speed automatic torque converter unit.
