Tecno Pova 5G to launch in India next week

Tecno Pova 5G India launch is scheduled for Tuesday, February 8. It was introduced in Nigeria in December as the first 5G phone from the brand. Tecno Pova 5G has features like 120Hz display and triple rear cameras. The smartphone also has 18W fast charging. Additionally, Tecno is teasing that the Powa 5G will arrive in the Indian market with a memory fusion technology that aims to virtually increase its RAM capacity to 11GB.

techno pova 5g launched With a price tag of NGN 129,000 (approximately Rs 23,100) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant in Nigeria alone and it is likely to be priced almost the same in India. The phone came in Dazzle Black, Polar Silver and Power Blue colors.

Tecno Powa 5G Specifications

Although the specifications of its Indian variant are yet to be revealed, the Tecno Pova 5G in Nigeria sports a 6.95-inch HD+ (1,080×2,460 pixels) display with 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimension 900 SoC, coupled with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM. techno The smartphone packs a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and an AI lens. The Tecno Pova 5G also includes a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front packing a dual-LED flash.

Tecno Pova 5G comes with 128GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage. It packs a 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging support.
