Finance Minister T Harish Rao, after attending an event on Saturday said that the Telangana government will soon issue a notification to fill up the vacant posts of doctors and nurses in the state. Rao, who also holds the Department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare, said that all the hospitals will get total staff and provide better services. He also asked the officials to expedite the work of more equipment and facilities in the hospitals. Rao made this statement during an event with the officials at a city hospital.
Efforts are being made to fill up the posts of doctors and nurses following the orders of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. The Finance Minister also urged people to follow the COVID-19 protocol. “The government is taking all measures to make available more equipment and facilities in all its hospitals in the state,” he said.
He said that the concerned officers have been directed to expedite the related works to fill up the health related posts. To provide services to the people, the work of four multi-specialty hospitals in all the four directions of the city will start soon.
