In yet another targeted killing in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district, terrorists shot dead a bank employee. A few days back, Rajni Bala, a female teacher, was shot dead outside a school… Vijay Kumar, an employee of Elaki Dehati Bank, was shot inside the bank premises. He was a resident of Hanumangarh in Rajasthan. The Valley has witnessed a sudden surge in attacks on migrant workers posted in the Kashmir region. This is the eighth targeted killing by terrorists in the Valley since May. The killings have shook the administration, which is already grappling with protests from the Hindu community in the union territory. Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said that all migrant workers from the Union Territory will be shifted to security by June 6.
