In a video shared by ANI, a man was seen running in rain water with a two-wheeler in Borbanda area of ​​Hyderabad.

Roads have been flooded and vehicles are stranded at many places, with places like Manikonda and Borabanda facing a flood-like situation. In Borabanda, roads turned into rivers, and motorcycles were lost in flood waters.

While in the east the rain lasted only for 30 minutes, places like Khairatabad, Banjara Hills and Begumpet lasted for hours.

Till 10 pm on Wednesday, Trimulgheri, Kukatpally and BHEL had recorded about 5 cm of rain each, followed by Balanagar about 7 cm, Kutubullapur around 6 cm and Mothinagar about 5.7 cm.

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall to continue over parts of Tamil Nadu and Telangana during next 5 days and Interior Karnataka during next 2 days.
