AAs Russia and the Americans keep a close eye on India, and internal spies hover everywhere, Rocket Boy races against time and diplomatic red-tapism to bring glory to India – that’s the crux of SonyLIV rocket boys 2, The series shows Vikram Sarabhai and Homi Bhabha at the beginning of Indira Gandhi’s tenure as Prime Minister.
The second episode shows how the question is about legacy, both scientific and political. The rise of science in India cannot be separated from the politics of the country. Created by Nikkhil Advani and Abhay Pannu, who also directed the show, the eight-episode season is a heady mix of fact and fiction, history and fiction.

Sarbh is brilliant as ever and shines in moments of unmatchable joy. But this time he seems somewhat silent. He translates how Bhabha is getting old but his vision is getting clearer, as his intellect is getting sharper. Sarbh has given his career best performance in the show.
Ishwak Singh brings out a wide range of emotions as Sarabhai – be it the guilt of betraying Mrinalini (Regina Cassandra), the loss of a friend in Bhabha, or even his work and budget cuts Have a constant check. Singh continued the momentum of the first season’s performance and raised the game.
Cassandra is as powerful as the serene Mrinalini. She knows whom to blame for her ruined marriage and faces the situation with confidence. Saba Azad has got a limited role this season.

human genius
Trying to portray so many important historical moments during one season can be a double-edged sword. The pace of the plot does not give one time to understand how important they were in the history of India.
In-spite of this conspiracy theories And Pannu has moments of heartbreak as well as light-hearted moments which make this show unique among other limited drama series. Be it building India’s first atomic bomb or sharing nostalgia with Pepsi, Bhabha continues to humanize his genius.
In Sarabhai’s case, the difficult terrain of domestic troubles and frequent conflicts make things difficult. But he has the support of Kalam.
At its center, is the ambitious screenplay of rocket boys 2 It’s as much about the science as it is about the humans behind it. It never loses sight of the village supporting Bhabha and Sarabhai – who are simultaneously scientists, partners and friends. This is what makes watching the show an unforgettable experience.
