First, take Desi cheese And cut it into thick slices. Keep it aside. Now take mashed potatoes and mix them with red chili powder, salt, pepper and chaat masala. Mix all these well. Then when the mashed potato mixture is ready, take some of it and cover the paneer with it.

In a bowl mix some gram flour, salt and water. Dip Aloo Paneer Mix Fry in it till it becomes crisp and brown. After cooking, take it out and cut it from the middle and serve!
