As per the provisions of regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the financial year For the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive interim dividend for 2022-23, the record date has been fixed as Friday, August 19, 2022. Interim to such shareholders Dividend will be paid on or before September 2, 2022.”

Jagran Prakashan in its earnings statement said that “During the quarter ended June 30, 2022, the Company acquired 2,915,512 equity shares of its subsidiary Music Broadcast Limited (“MBL”) from the open market at an average price of Rs.663.17 lakh. 22.75 per share. In pursuance thereof, the Company’s stake in MBL has increased from 73.21 per cent as on March 31, 2022 to 74.05 per cent as on June 30, 2022.”
