This Delectable Maggi Italiano Recipe Will Make You Crave

It is amazing how we always find happiness in a bowl of Maggi. These instant noodles are delicious, tempting and make a great snack option. Although Maggi is ready in a few minutes, but there are many people who do not follow the regular method of making it. Some add other ingredients to it to enhance its taste. So, if you don’t have the idea to experiment with Maggi, Celebrity Chef Pankaj Bhadauria shares a unique recipe – “Maggie Italiano” that will give a tangy touch to our beloved instant noodles. In the caption, she admitted that our favorite instant noodles will get an Italian makeover with this recipe.

Component

1) 2 cups water

2) Instant Noodles – 2 packs

3) Oil – 1 tbsp

4) Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp

5) Basil leaves

6) Garlic – 1 tbsp

7) Sliced ​​Mushroom – 1/2 cup

8) Water – 1 tbsp

9) Pasta Sauce – 1/2 cup

10) Chopped Tomatoes

11) Basil (chopped)

12) Ajwain – 1/2 tbsp

13) Chilliflex – 1 tbsp

14) Capsicum

15) Cheese

16) Olive Oil

How to make Maggi Italiano?

1) Cook Maggi in two packets together for two minutes. Filter it and refresh it with cold water.

2) Empty it in a plate, pour oil and toss it well. Also add some chilli flakes and mix all well. Keep the noodles aside.

3) Fry some basil leaves in oil and keep it aside. Take a pan, add some oil, chopped garlic, chopped mushrooms and a tablespoon of water in it. Fry it well.

4) Add pasta sauce to it, add chopped tomatoes and chopped basil. Lastly sprinkle a little oregano and chili flakes and capsicum. Mix all these and cook for 3-4 minutes.

5) Pour the preparation over the instant noodles that you had set aside. You can garnish it with cheese and olives. Pour basil over it and it is ready.
