This Delicious Crispy Chinese Corn Recipe Is the Perfect Appetizer for Any Day

This Crispy Chinese Corn is a perfect amalgamation of vegetables, fried corn and spices. It is easy to make and takes hardly any time to cook. Also, in this rainy season, this recipe is a must try. With a cup of tea, it will surely make you ask for more. Check out the recipe below:

About Crispy Chinese Corn Recipe: Here’s How To Make Crispy Chinese Corn

material

10-12 baby corns (cut in half)

Water

1/2 tsp sugar

salt to taste

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp flour

3 tbsp corn-starch

oil for frying

for the tempering

1.5 tbsp oil

1 inch ginger

1-2 cloves of garlic

1 small onion

4 green chilies

2 tbsp coriander leaves

Fried Baby Corn

salt to taste

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/4 tsp powdered sugar

method

Take half cut baby corns and boil them in water for five minutes. Now add salt, black pepper powder, all purpose flour and corn starch to the baby corn and mix well. Now deep fry the corn in medium hot oil till it becomes light golden. Keep aside for further use.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onion and fry it. Add green chilies, add coriander leaves and fry again. Now add the fried baby corn, salt, pepper powder, and powdered sugar and toss it well, making sure it coats everything well. Cook it for another minute and garnish it with green onions and coriander leaves.
