Recently Nutritionist Pooja Bohra shared an informative video about Dry Fruit Milk, its recipe and its health benefits.

To make this drink, you need to soak these ingredients overnight- 2 dates, 2 figs, 6 almonds, 4 walnuts, 2 teaspoons sesame seeds and 4-5 strands of saffron. Peel off the almonds in the morning and remove the seeds from the dates. After this, put all the things in the grinder and make a paste. To make this recipe, put 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and cinnamon powder respectively in a mug. Put 2 tsp paste in a bowl and add 1 cup hot milk and stir well.
