The company in a stock exchange filing said “We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today i.e. 13th October 2022 has approved and declared an interim dividend of 100% (ie Rs. /- per equity share) for the financial year 2022-23. In accordance with regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby notified that as on Friday, the 21st October, 2022, the members of the company shall be placed on record is being fixed as the record date for taking Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23. The said Interim Dividend shall be credited/ remitted to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration by Friday, the 11th November, 2022 i.e. Will go.”

Company reported profit before tax (PBT) 57.06 crores in Q2FY23 as compared to Q1 and . 52.54 crore was registered in 40.73 crore was recorded in the same quarter last year. Anand Rathi recorded a net profit of 42.63 crores in Q2FY23 as compared to 39.47 crores recorded in the previous quarter and 30.15 crores recorded in the year-ago quarter.
