This IT stock declares second interim dividend of ₹13 per share, PAT rises 37% annually

The company in its stock exchange filing today said that “The Board has also declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 13/- (Rupees thirteen only) face value per equity share of the company Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23 Further, with reference to Regulation 42 of the SES!Listing Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Board on 04 November 2022 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Second Interim Dividend as the “record date”. The second interim dividend/dividend warrants shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

On a consolidated basis, Coforge’s net profit grew 37.08% year over year 201.10 crore in the quarter ended September 2022 146.70 crore in the quarter ended September 2021. In Q2FY23, the company’s sales grew by 24.85% YoY from 1959.40 crores 1569.40 crore in Q2FY22. The company’s net sales increased 1,043.90 crore in Q2FY23 on a standalone basis, up 1288% year-on-year 75.20 crore in Q2FY22. In September 2022, the firm recorded a net profit of Rs.
