This Kolkata woman became an Uber bike rider after she lost her job during the pandemic

However, a Kolkata woman did not give up and started riding an Uber bike after she lost her job during the pandemic. A man named Ranabir Bhattacharya posted about the woman to his LinkedIn profile.

He posted a picture of himself with the woman and thanked her with a big caption. “Today, as I booked a two-wheeler Ubermoto for a quick ride across the city, I met a woman in her early 30s, Mutushi Basu. She lives in suburban Baruipur near Kolkata.”

He further added, “Before the lockdown phase, she used to work at Panasonic. He lost his job in the Covid phase like millions of Indians. Today, despite the drizzle, he didn’t ask for a single penny extra.”

When Ranabir asked about his experiences driving a two-wheeler scooty on the streets of Kolkata during the rainy season, he candidly said, “I have no other option but to run my family.” Ranabir ended his post by saying this. , “May the force be with him!”
