How to make Peanut Sesame Barfi

Here we bring you a delicious sweet dish recipe that includes both peanuts and sesame seeds. This recipe of Peanut Sesame Burfi has been shared by food vlogger Parul on her YouTube channel ‘Cook with Parul’. let’s take a look.

Ingredients required to make Peanut Til Burfi:

For the flavouring, we need sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, desiccated coconut, ghee, milk powder, cardamom powder, sugar and water.

Method for making Peanut Sesame Barfi:

To make the dish, first of all we have to roast sesame seeds and grind them coarsely. Similarly, grind the roasted peanuts too coarsely. Now, put both the ingredients in a bowl along with desiccated coconut and mix well.

Heat ghee in a pan and add barfi mixture to it and fry everything well. When the ghee is absorbed by the mixture, turn off the gas and put half a cup of milk powder in it. Add little cardamom powder and mix well.

Prepare sugar syrup in another pan and pour the barfi mixture into it. Make a soft dough and transfer it to a smooth plate. Keep it for an hour and then cut the barfi into small pieces.

And you have ready delicious sesame peanut barfi.
