First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry the pieces of paneer. After they become crisp, take them out and keep them aside. In the same ghee, add cumin seeds, fry a little and add ginger. When cumin seeds turn light brown, add gram flour to it. Add curd, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder and garam masala and fry. Now add green chilies, mix a little, then add water and let it come to a boil. Boil for five minutes. Add the fried pieces of paneer, boil for about two minutes and serve hot!
