To prepare this dish, first add finely chopped cashews and makhana to the grated paneer and knead a soft dough. Then make dumplings out of it and deep fry them by coating corn flour. When they become crispy, take them out. Now make gravy by adding salt, cashew paste, a little ghee and spices to the boiled milk. Put the fried balls in the gravy. Serve hot garnished with cashew nuts and grated paneer!
