Villupuram district administration on Monday unearthed a fake voter ID card racket in Tindivanam and registered a case against the owner of a computer centre.
Official sources said that a team raided on information about the issue of fake voter ID cards by the Computer Center at Kamaichi Amman Kovil Street.
Police said an investigation revealed that the owner Suresh had issued fake voter IDs for a fee. The team has sealed the center by confiscating three computers and a printer. A case has been registered against Suresh.
