As several Congress leaders joined the TMC, Congress General Secretary and Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge accused the party led by CM Mamata of hatching a conspiracy. “It is happening like a conspiracy. Our party people, especially our President, Rahul Gandhi and other high command are looking into this matter. They will take a decision soon.” Kharge said, “We will try to defeat BJP in Parliament and fight against their ideology, irrespective of party or ideology we belong to.”
