Paris Saint-Germain have inked a deal for the transfer of Nordi Mukhile from RB Leipzig
Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig have reached an agreement to transfer French international defender Nordi Mukile to Paris, AFP learned on Sunday from a source close to the talks.
Both parties commit to a complete transfer, not a loan with an option to buy, as indicated initially.
The 24-year-old will have to undergo a medical examination before signing a contract with PSG.
Mukeley’s arrival at PSG, who joined Leipzig from Montpellier in 2018, will provide a substitute for Achraf Hakimi on the right side of defence.
Mukile – who can also play in three-man defence, a system favored by new coach Christophe Gaultier – will be the French champion’s third summer recruit after Portuguese midfielder Vitinha and young French striker Hugo Ekitic.
Muquel won his only France cap as a substitute. World Cup qualifier against Finland in September 2021.
