Subbalakshmi, a 50-year-old woman was treated with the first of its kind ‘flow diversion’ technique at Medicover Hospital in Visakhapatnam. The safe technology enabled doctors to divert blood flow from the aneurysm. The patient has recovered gradually in 72 to 96 hours and will be discharged next week.
