He assured that an initiative would be taken to allot an open-air theater free of cost for Tulu artistes and litterateurs to organize programs promoting the language. “The Coastal Development Authority and Mangaluru Municipal Corporation should earmark funds for the academy. The government will sanction more funds for all the remaining work to be done at Tulu Bhavan.
