It is that time of the year again. TVS Racing is inviting interested racers to participate in the 2022 edition of its One Make Championship. Entries are opened for the women’s racers and rookie categories. The selection round will be held on 20th March 2022 at Bengaluru. This round will consist of a full day training session organized by the national champions of TVS Racing.
Women’s category participants will be trained and tested TVS Apache RTR 200 4V & Rookie Category Riders TVS Apache RR 200. The rookie category invites riders between the ages of 11 and 18.
TVS Racing will select the top 20 riders from each city, organized on the basis of their best lap times, physical fitness and racing prowess. The final round will be held in May this year at the Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT). The selection round will be conducted at Aruni Grid, Vemana Road in Bengaluru.
Selected racers will compete in five rounds for the championship on Race-Tune TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and TVS Apache RR 200. Following the final selection rounds in Chennai, the racers will undergo specialized training under the aegis of national champion riders from TVS Racing to improve physical fitness and hone their racing skills ahead of the 2022 Indian National Motorcycle Racing. Women category participants must have valid two wheeler driving license and those below 18 years of age in the same category must have level-1 FMSCI certified training from a racing school. Rookie category entrants must be below 18 years of age (born on or after January 2005) and possess a Level-1 training certificate.
