TVS Motor Company has launched its new 125 cc motorcycle TVS Raider In Latin America (LATAM) market. The new premium 125 cc motorcycle is built on a new platform and is already available for sale in India and Nepal. TVS Raider has a mix of sporty and commuter in its looks. The design highlight is the new LED headlamp with DRLs which looks quirky. The model also gets a muscular looking fuel tank with side shrouds and an engine guard. The Raider is available in four colors – Striking Red, Blazing Blue, Wicked Black and Fiery Yellow.

The headlamps of the TVS Raider look quirky and can get a polarizing opinion, but the rest of the design is quite likable, especially the protruding fuel tank.

The 17-inch alloy wheels look good, while the luxurious LED taillights also add a touch

TVS Raider is powered by a 124.8 cc, single-cylinder, three-valve engine that makes 11.2 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 11.2 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission, and the bike also gets two riding modes, Power and Eco, with the Power mode providing 10 per cent more power at the top-end of the power band. TVS Raider gets telescopic forks at the front and monoshock at the rear, while braking performance comes from the disc and drum brake set-up. The base variant only gets drum brakes at either end. The bike comes with combi braking as standard.

The TVS Raider 125 gets new features like USB charger, Eco and Power modes, a usable underseat storage, and contoured split seats that add to the comfort.
