UGC NET 2023 result available today at ugcnet.nta.nic.in

The result for the University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2022 is expected to be declared today, April 9, by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Once released, candidates can check their scorecards on the official website of UGC- ugcnet.nta.nic. .in and ntaresults.nic.in. However, there is no confirmation yet from NTA or UGC regarding the date and time of result declaration. Candidates can check their UGC NET Result & Scorecard by using Application Number and Date of Birth.

UGC NET December 2022 conducted by the National Testing Agency was conducted in five phases. Between February and March, the examination for 83 subjects was held. There were 663 exam centers in 186 cities across the country. The registered candidates for UGC NET 2022 were 8,34,537.

Phase I was held from 21 to 24 February, followed by Phase II from 28 February to 3 March. Phase III was held from 3 to 6 March, with Phase IV scheduled for 11 and 12 March. Phase V was held from 13 to 16 March.

UGC NET Result 2023: How to check

Step 1: Visit the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on UGC NET 2023 Result link available on the homepage.

Step 3: A new page will pop up, enter your login details and click on submit option.

Step 4: UGC NET result will appear on your screen.

Step 5: Download your scorecard and take a printout of the same for future reference.

Earlier, UGC had released the final answer key on 6th April and provisional answer key on 23rd March on its official website. The candidates who were not satisfied with the answer key were given the option to ask their queries from March 23-25. The next step for NTA is to announce the marks of the candidates and release the final version of the answer key.

Unreserved category candidates need to score at least 40 percent while reserved category candidates need to score at least 35 percent to qualify the exam. Candidates also have to pass each paper separately and in aggregate.
