Kyiv:

Ukraine and Russia agreed in a second round of talks on Thursday to build a humanitarian corridor to evacuate civilians since Moscow invaded last week, a top Ukrainian official said.

“The second round of negotiations has ended. Unfortunately, Ukraine does not yet have the necessary results. There are decisions only on the organization of humanitarian corridors,” Mikhailo Podolik, adviser to the President of Ukraine, said on Twitter.
