10:25 am : Indian Hotels has reported an all-time high profit of Rs 383 crore in the third quarter of FY2023, up 403% over the year-ago period. At the same time, after the announcement of the third quarter results, the company’s shares fell 19.35 points (6.43%) and are trading around Rs 320.35. BSE Mid Cap gained 1 per cent due to accumulation in Cholamandalam Investment & Restraint Company, Bharatiya Hotels, Gujarat Gas.
at 9:50 – Claim in the stock market – the question continues. The Sensex is trading at a shocking 407.20 points (0.68%) at 59,957.10 and with a bounce of 112.00 points (0.63%) at 17,774.15. Today, the shares of Infrastructure, Capital Goods, Defense, FMCG, Manufacturing, MSME, Railways and Banking sectors are seeing a boom. BSE Realty Equities rose 1 per cent led by rally in the stock of Matritech Developers, Phoenix Mills. Whereas, BSE Small Cap Scoster rose by 1.2 per cent due to gains in Apar Industries, Manaksia, Borosil Renewables.
at 9:25 Sensex is trading with a gain of 450.69 points (0.76%) at 60,000.59 and with a gain of 132.30 points (0.75%). Around 1593 stocks advanced, 382 stocks declined and 110 stocks remained unchanged in today’s share trade. ICICI Bank, Tech Mahind, Asian Paints, Task Steel, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Avalak Bank, Titan and NTPC were the top gainers in the Sensex pack. While ITC, Mahinda & Mahindra, UltraTech Profile and Larsen & Toubro traded with losses.
The US dollar supremacy gained 10 paise to 81.78 in early trade today.
