Several Congress MPs, including Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, would not be able to attend the President’s address to the joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament on Tuesday as flights from Srinagar were delayed due to inclement weather.
Party leader Jairam Ramesh said several Congress leaders and MPs are in Srinagar for the concluding programs of the Bharat Jodo Yatra on January 30.
