Union minister Anatoresi objected to BBC’s period independence

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Akashvani Thakur on Saturday questioned the independence of radio broadcasting of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). The BBC has suspected former football player and popular anchor Gary Lineker of criticizing UK government claims on social media and blocked the airing of a document over “fear of a right-wing backlash”. Thakur said this while reacting to the incident.

Anurag Thakur shared two news stories linking to the advertisement on BBC. He tweeted, “Interesting are the sms by BBC to its star anchor on social media activity with tall claims about journalistic fairness veneration. Another interesting thing is that BBC suspended broadcast of that document.” Due to which there was a fear of angering a section of the society.

He said, “Upholding bogus discourse and moral are contradictory contrary to mental disposition. Horrors through fabricated reality clearly cannot be expected to stop for moral understanding or freedom of migration.’ The claims withheld from the ‘Modi Question’ side were wrongly termed as gimmicks. Last month, the Department of Documents carried out a survey by the BBC in Delhi and Mumbai. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took a risky stand on the BBC, calling it the ‘most corrupt’. At the same time, BBC was accused of doing ‘venomous’ propaganda against India.
