Union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways Sarbananda Sonowal and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma flagged off the welcome of Pilot Cargo Vessel from Patna (Ganga River) to Pandu Port (Guwahati) on 06 March. A cargo vessel carrying 200 metric tonnes of food grains from Patna traveled 2,350 km via the Indo-Bangladesh Protocol route to Pandu Port, Guwahati.
