Urfi Javed says her father abused her mentally and physically

Urofi Javed credited Bigg Boss for getting him fame and recognition.

Urofi Javed always remains in discussion due to her bold clothes and unfiltered comments. However, his childhood and adolescence were difficult. The influencer recently revealed in an interview that she was mentally and physically abused by her father and hence ran away from his home when she was only a teenager.

In an Instagram reel shared by man of bombayThe Bigg Boss contestant said that she grew up in Lucknow and used to wear jackets over crop tops. When she was prevented from wearing “such” clothes, she could not understand the reason. Ms Javed also disclosed that her father used to abuse her physically and mentally and “once he beat me till I lost consciousness”.

Javed said, “Growing up in Lucknow, I didn’t understand why I was stopped from wearing a certain kind of clothes. I was tortured mentally and physically. I even tried to commit suicide.”

She also mentioned that someone once put her pictures on a porn site in the longer version of the interview. youtube, Ms Javed said, “When I was 15 years old, someone uploaded my picture to a porn site. It was a normal picture. I uploaded it as my Facebook profile photo wearing a tube top. downloaded them and uploaded them to porn sites without morphing them.” , without a thing.” He said eventually everyone came to know about it. “Everyone started blaming me a lot. I was told that I am a porn star. I asked ‘Where’s the video?’ But he said, ‘No, no, she’s a porn star’,” she said.

“Even my father was like ‘he’s a porn star’. I think my father was trying to gain sympathy from all this. He was telling everyone that the porn site was asking for Rs 50 lakh. They told our relatives. I was like this is not possible but I could not say anything because they were killing me at home. I was so confused that ‘I am a victim here, why are you killing me?’ But they weren’t ready to believe it… I endured all this for two years. It was too much to take from relatives, my own father. I ran away when I was 17.”

However, Ms. Javed decided to give life another chance and decided to move to Delhi. The reality show star said, “I decided to give my life a second chance. I ran away to Delhi. I was just 17 years old. I started taking tuitions to survive. Later, I worked in a call centre. started doing.”

Ms Javed revealed that her father “abandoned her family” and she then reconciled with her mother. She moved to Mumbai and auditioned for various roles. She further added, “Soon, I decided to move to Mumbai and try my luck. I didn’t have money or a place to live, so I stayed at my friends’ houses. I did odd jobs, gave interviews and auditions. The influencer said, “After struggling for a while, I cracked a TV serial and then tried my luck in Bigg Boss OTT. But I was evicted within a week.” He also credited Bigg Boss for giving him fame and recognition.

Since Ms. Javed has always loved fashion and dressing up, she started experimenting with it. “With no job in hand, I started experimenting with what I was best at – clothes! It didn’t go down well with people. The world trolled me and called my choices rubbish and weird. I was questioned about my morals and character.”

However, she remained undeterred and decided to try the bold look. “But regardless of the opinions of anonymous people on the internet, I continue to embrace myself and express self-acceptance through the choices I make.” She said that she didn’t let the world define her which led to “amazing opportunities” ahead.
