Evin Dugas Sports World’s Biggest Afro.
Evin Dugas, a 47-year-old woman from Louisiana who grows the biggest Afro ever, is used to wowing the world with her big, gorgeous hair. Measuring 9.84 inches tall, 10.4 inches wide and 5.41 feet in diameter, Evin Dugas has once again broken a Guinness World Record For the biggest afro.
According to record book, This is the second time he has made this world record. When Evin first held the record title in 2010, the circumference of his afro was an incredible 4 ft 4 in (132 cm).
The hairstyle, which has taken 24 years to develop, was the result of Aiwin’s desire to go out into nature.
“I didn’t so much decide to grow an Afro as I decided to go natural,” Ms. Dugas said.
“It was because I was tired of using dangerous chemicals to permanently straighten my hair. Those chemicals have now been linked to cancer, and there’s a huge lawsuit going on, so I’m glad I did.” Left him alone years ago,” Ms Dugas told GWR.
Ms. Dugas said, “I’ve started doing hot oil treatments … or ‘oiling’ my hair with butter, which I make before I shampoo, condition, and style, and it works for at least Occurs at least every seven days.”

But despite the love and attention Evin puts into her hair, she rarely picks it up in an afro.
“I wear my hair in a variety of styles,” says Ms. Dugas.
“People have different reactions to my afro. Some just shout their praises, some stare, some walk up and ask questions, some just walk by and take a little tug,” she said.
“I’ve learned to give them a little pop on the hand with a few words of choice. I won’t repeat them here.”
However, it’s Evin’s barber who always surprises the most with his afro.
Evin said, “Because I do my own hair, my hairdresser does nothing but trim my hair.”
