Gorakhpur: On the ninth day of Navratri in Gorakhpur, on the occasion of ‘Navmi’, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanathshowed off ‘girl worship‘ And I worshiped ‘Matri Shakti’ (mother power) by washing the feet of the girls. Gorakhpur on Tuesday.

Batuk Puja (young boy) was also included as per tradition on the occasion of Navami and the boys got donation from CM.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister also interacted with the children while worshiping.
At the same time, the children also expressed happiness and enthusiasm on being congratulated by the Chief Minister himself.
A grand Vijayadashami procession will be taken out from 4 pm, in which CM Yogi will sit on the chariot with the blessings of Guru Gorakshanath.
The procession of Gorakshpeethdheeswarar amidst the sound of trumpets, drums and bands will reach Mansarovar temple where he will worship Devadhidev Mahadev and other deities at the Mansarovar temple attached to the Gorakshpeeth.
CM’s procession will reach Mansarovar later Ram Leela The ground where he will perform the coronation of Lord Rama in the ongoing Ramlila here. Aarti will also be performed by worshiping Lord Rama, Mata Janaki, Lakshman and Hanumanji.
After this the procession will return to Gorakhnath temple where traditional prasad distribution will be organized in front of Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan from 7 pm onwards.
