Jaunpur: Two people died after a truck rammed into them on the Varanasi highway. The police gave this information on Friday.
The deceased have been identified as Shivam Kumar (30) and Angad Kumar (28), Circle Officer Jitendra Dubey said.
After the accident on Thursday, he was taken to the district hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, he said.
Dubey said that the police have seized the truck.
