If we say romantic then many people will agree with it Bollywood Movies have set fans’ expectations high when it comes to imagining the ideal love life. No one can teach anyone how to love. Therefore, many of us are left with only one option – take a cue from romance movies and pop culture in the early stages of a relationship. The 35-year-old author and podcaster grew up in Hollywood and Bollywood vibes. His new book, which is already on international bestseller lists, breaks down the concept of love for us in stages. Jay plans to teach us the following things through his book:

  • The habits of self-love and self-confidence prepare you for love.
  • How to find the one and stop making the same mistakes over and over again.
  • Know your preferences and priorities when it comes to partners.
  • Understand why relationships don’t work and how to grow with your partner versus drift apart.
  • Learn how to balance work, love and life without losing yourself.
  • Stop arguing again and again and avoiding conflict out of fear.
  • Know when to break away from a toxic situation and learn how to heal.
  • How to love and give love when you feel like you’ve had enough

She shares practical rules like winning or losing together, how to define love, and why you don’t break up in a breakup. He uses Vedic wisdom and modern science to trace the relationship cycle, from first dates to moving in together to breaking up and starting again. He also shows us how to avoid being seduced by empty promises and unreliable partners.

As per a report in Mid-Day, Jai’s view on love says, “Love is commitment, consistent action and repeated positive behaviour. And often, it doesn’t feel magical or nice, but it’s far more satisfying to the heart and more real. It needs to develop habits of love, to show the other person how much you love them. You need to tell them how they can love you. No mind games.”
