The week generally begins from February 7 till February 14. Couples eagerly look forward to this week as they gift each other a token of their love. Many wait for this day to ask out their crush or pop the question.

Valentine’s Day is also called Saint Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine. But did you know that it started as a Christian Feast initially? Ayodhya astrologer Pandit Kalki Ram in an interview with News18 said that Vastu Shastra is considered to be very important to kickstart new things. Hence, while gifting, if one gives importance to Vastu Shastra, then it might help the relationship. According to him, a few gifts will add sweetness to your relationship and may help you prosper in life. He warns us to not give any thorny plants as gifts on Valentine’s Day as it may create tension in the relationship. He suggests gifting these to your partner as per Vastu Shastra-

If you give a bamboo plant as a gift to your partner on this day, then it is considered to be quite auspicious. Bamboo plants are considered to be a good luck plant and gifting this can be an indicator of progress and prosperity.

On Valentine’s Day, one can also gift a laughing Buddha to their partner. Vastu Shastra expert believes that laughing Buddha brings peace to the house and is considered to be auspicious. It is also considered to be a symbol of peace in Vastu Shastra.

Flowers are the most loved gifts in the world. However, as per Vastu Shastra, gifting pink and red-coloured flowers is considered to be good. Just make sure that there are no thorns on them while gifting, as thorns signify conflicts and may affect the relationship as well.
