PM Vande Bharat train gift to Rajasthan

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Vande Bharat is giving the gift of train to Rajasthan. The PM will flag off the train through video conference on Wednesday. This information has been given by the PMO. The regular service of this train will commence from 13th April, 2023 and will ply between Tuesday and Delhi Cantt. According to the information being received, this train will also stop at Jaipur, Alwar and Gurgaon.

Vande Bharat Express will cover the distance from Delhi Cantt in 5 hrs 15 mins. The fastest train on this route is Shatabdi Express which travels between Delhi Cantt and Tuesday in 6 hrs 15 mins. After the commencement of Vande Bharat train, it will be the fastest train on the route.
The PMO has said in its ongoing statements that due to this train, the link will be easily accessible to the major tourist places of Rajasthan including Pushkar, Ajmer Sharif Dargah. Let us inform that assembly elections are being held in Rajasthan this year.
