Janata Dal-United (JDU) leader Kailash Mahto was shot dead in Bihar’s Katihar, police said on Friday. Katihar SDPO Om Prakash told ANI, “We have started the investigation and the accused will be arrested soon. Around 4-5 rounds of firing were done. Further details can be given only after the postmortem.”
