video | “East India Company, Indian Mujahideen”: PM’s attack on opposition front

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today described the opposition as “directionless” and cited “Indian Mujahideen” and the “Popular Front of India” as he ridiculed the opposition alliance for its new name, Bharat. “I have never seen such a directionless opposition,” BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad quoted the prime minister at the BJP parliamentary party’s weekly meeting. PM Modi also attacked the opposition grouping over the name given at a meeting of 26 parties in Bengaluru last week to discuss strategy for the 2024 national election – Bharat, short for the Indian National Development Inclusive Alliance.
