A co-passenger on the Air India New York-Delhi flight where a passenger urinated on a woman told NDTV today that the handling of the incident was “faulty at multiple levels”. Much of this, he said, was poor decision-making by the pilot. Dr Sugata Bhattacharjee told NDTV that he had initially alerted the cabin crew about the passenger, who seemed unable to handle his drink. “I pointed out to the staff that he had had too many drinks – the staff just smiled,” he told NDTV in an exclusive interview.
