Fans celebrating superstar Prabhas’ birthday inside a cinema hall in Andhra Pradesh burst firecrackers during a special screening of his film ‘Billa’, setting several seats on fire.
The screening was held at Venkataraman Theater in West Godavari district to celebrate the 43rd birthday of the Baahubali fame actor.
Some people were seen stamping the fire with their feet, some were busy capturing it in their smartphones, and some were trying to get to safety.
The fire engulfed several seats and the hall could be seen filling up with smoke while the film was playing in the background on the big screen.
No one has been reported injured in the incident.
