BJP today held an important meeting regarding government formation in the three northeastern states where the party is expected to form governments in the coming days. The big question was Tripura, where there was a need to take a call on the chief minister’s post. Sources indicated that Manik Saha is the frontrunner, though a section in the state party is favoring Union minister Pratima Bhowmik.
