Himachal Pradesh Congress chief Pratibha Singh said that the people of the hill state want change. Ms Singh, wife of former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said that the people of Himachal Pradesh are smart and educated and they vote on issues. He indicated that he had no desire to become the chief minister. “Many people in Congress want to be the chief minister, but I am not very ambitious,” he said. “The MLAs and the high command will decide who will be the chief minister if we win,” he said.
