Video: Out-of-control pickup truck rams into parked car in Thailand

Later the driver was seen getting off the truck safely.

A video has surfaced on the internet in which a pickup truck is seen going out of control. A white truck rammed into a vehicle parked outside a store in Bangkok, Thailand. A CCTV footage of the incident which took place on January 10 has also surfaced on the internet.

In the video, a white colored truck is seen floating on the road and then hitting a black Suzuki sedan. Further in the video, the truck drives down a dirt road before coming to a halt. Later the driver was seen getting off the truck safely. Video of the incident has been released by Viral Press and distributed by AP.

Charanwong Sukhom, 27, the owner of a Kali sedan, said: “There was an insurance company that covered some of the damage but the driver refused to pay me for other charges and time wasted.”

Store owner Piaporn and security cameras that recorded the collision said that his store escaped any damage. She said: “I gave them a copy of the video to help them with the investigation.”

Meanwhile, recently a video of a person dodging an uncontrolled car also went viral. The incident took place on January 10 in Thailand’s Udon Thani province. The unidentified man had gone to the market to buy groceries and was about to board his stationary scooter when he saw a blue car speeding towards him, as can be seen in the video. The man quickly jumped out of the way, saving his life.

The CCTV footage showed that the car hit their two-wheeler. A male passenger along with a female driver came out of the vehicle to assess the damage.
