Himachal Pradesh Congress chief Pratibha Singh said that the people of the state respect the legacy of former chief minister Virbhadra Singh, who passed away in 2021. People in the state are voting in the assembly elections today. Ms. Singh said that if the Congress wins, the party high command will decide who will become the chief minister. Ms. Singh, wife of the former chief minister, said that the people of Himachal Pradesh are smart and educated and they vote on issues.
