Video showing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s convoy running towards the Kremlin intensifies speculation

A video of a motorcyclist racing towards a Kremlin building has sparked speculation about Russian President Vladimir Putin, especially after various news reports about his health. The Russian government had to issue a denial as reports said Mr Putin entered the Kremlin but never left afterward.
